Chinatown TOD Senior Housing
Near Lake Merritt, the Chinatown Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Senior Housing project provides 97 affordable homes for low-income seniors. Located above the Lake Merritt BART station, the development offers easy transit access and amenities like a community room and rooftop garden.
